Hi! I’m Amy!

I am a Senior Executive Assistant with over 15 years of professional experience, networked with some of the best and brightest VCs, investors, founders, entrepreneurs and administrative professionals. Most meaningful, though, are my years spent emailing with, learning from, interviewing, training, mentoring high performance assistants all over the San Francisco Bay Area.

I love to build and scale quality administrative individuals & teams anywhere I go. I consider myself an excellent judge of character & I truly believe we are only as good as the people we surround ourselves with.

A San Jose native, I graduated from Menlo College in 2009 after studying Business Management with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting. My career began when I juggled 4 years of collegiate soccer while excelling in a part-time paid internship at local venture capital firm, Mohr Davidow Ventures beginning in 2007. From then on, my passion for the venture capital industry grew and my relationships blossomed with it. My natural tendency to help other EAs, Entrepreneurs, Investment Staff, Talent Teams, CEOs, CFOs and the likes, better understand administrative scenarios skyrocketed.

I am now focused on paying it forward; sharing my love of concise communication, stimulating and brainstorming new approaches, liaising on behalf of others in high profile settings; cultivating the most effective work styles whether it be for investors, execs, entrepreneurs or their administrative support, to achieve the ultimate foundation for success.

Outside of the office, I love to donate time back to local founders & product gurus who are in need of a soundboard. I also love working with Menlo College Undergraduates as a proud alumni & as a mentor, speaker & soundboard as often as possible; Most recently joining the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Business School.

As me about my rental property in Rancho Mirage (Palm Desesrt). I’ll happily brave an adventurous 6-hour + road trip to desert anytime. Similar to my upbringing,I hope to raise my 2 kids on the coast of CA. Mentorship and Advisory work is a passion of mine, a calling if you will, and I would love to give back; here to help solve any and all administrative problems you might be experiencing.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out! Let’s build the admin team you deserve!
